At Pathways Care Group, we believe everyone should have the opportunity to live a healthy, active and fulfilling life, regardless of their background or disability. The aim of our homes is to provide a safe and stimulating environment for adults and young people with complex needs.

Salutem are the parent organisation of Ambito, Ambito Education, Clearwater Care, Modus and The Pathways Group. As a growing organisation, we are able to offer a wide range of existing services including supported living, residential services, day opportunities, specialist education and children’s services. Salutem can offer development of bespoke service models in response to specific needs of individuals and commissioners.
